Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail, in connection with an offence which is likely to be registered on a complaint application
2/2 27-aba.1254.2015 lodged by one Hiten Udeshi with the Gamdevi Police Station. 3.
Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court today, states that as of today it is only a complaint application. She submitted that if the complaint is registered as an FIR, the Investigating Officer will give 72 hours notice to the applicant. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the said statement, nothing survives for consideration in the said application. The same is disposed of accordingly. 5.
