The Applicant had earlier approached this Court vide Criminal Bail Application No.555/2021. On 30.3.2021, the following order was passed: "1. After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, the learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such." 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant accepts that there is no change in the circumstances except the fact that the trial is not started. He submits that he is not pressing this application, but, the trial be expedited. The request is reasonable. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. However, learned trial Judge is requested to take up this trial for hearing at the earliest. The trial is expedited. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
