By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks directions against the Respondents more particularly the Divisional Commissioner and/or Collector, Nashik, to grant, sanction and allot plots to the Petitioner's society from the available plots namely viz. Plot No.307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 332, 333, 334, 335, 336, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23 24, 25 and 26 from Survey Nos.277 and 278 (New Survey No.423). The Petitioner has also sought direction against the Collector, Nashik to decide the representation dated 12th April, 2017 made by the Petitioner.

The learned AGP appearing for the Respondent on instructions from the SSP 1/2
905 wp 4467 of 2018.doc Tahasildar, Mandgaon, who is present in Court states that if the Court directs the Respondent Collector to decide the representation made by the Petitioner, the same shall be decided within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the order. In the circumstances, we pass the following order :
(i) The Respondent-Collector, Nashik is directed to decide the representation made by the Petitioner dated 12th April, 2017 within 12 weeks from the date of this order.
(ii)The Collector, Nashik shall give personal hearing to the Petitioner, if the Petitioner so desires.
(iii)All contentions are kept open.
