In all these applications, the applicant/original plaintiff has prayed for stay of operation of the order dated 20.6.2018 passed by the learned trial Judge as

2/2 503.CAW.1621-18.doc [Abdul v Khudadad] also stay of operation of the order dated 27.7.2018 passed by this Court in the Writ Petition thereby staying further proceedings of Marji application No.149/2018 and Marji Application No.274/2016. 3.

The petitions were dismissed by passing orders on 20.7.2018, 24.7.2018 and 27.7.2018. While disposing of the petitions on 20.7.2018 and 24.7.2018, no prayer for stay of the orders was made. While disposing of the writ petitions on 27.7.2018, oral application for stay of the order was made which was rejected.

In view thereof, no case is made out for granting any relief in the applications. Accordingly applications are dismissed. Liberty is reserved to the parties to apply for disposal of the proceedings in a time bound manner. If such applications are made, the learned trial Judge will pass appropriate orders. Order accordingly.
