Heard Mr. Rahul Arote, learned counsel the petitioner and Mrs. S.V.Sonavane, learned A.P.P for the respondent-State. 2.

The Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to submit report under section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. forthwith before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 62nd Court, at Bhoiwada, Dadar, Mumbai in C.C. No.48/SW/2010.

Mrs.Sonavane, learned A.P.P appearing for the RespondentState, having taken instructions from the instructing Officer,makes a statement that further investigation would be completed within a period of three months from today and appropriate report would be filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Statement is accepted.
