The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the elections to the Managing Committee of the Respondent No.4 Society have been held in May 2017. Hence the above Writ Petition calling in question the election process for the elections held in the year 2012 has turned infructuous. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. Needless to state that the issue as regards ineligibility of 497 members is kept open, if not already adjudicated, for being adjudicated in appropriate proceedings.
