The petitioners are at liberty to canvass their claim raised in the above petitions before a Civil Court. 4.

If such claim is made, the same be decided by the competent Civil Court without being influenced by the findings recorded in the orders impugned.

The interim order passed by this Court in Writ petition (St) No.21966 of 2018 to continue for a period of four weeks from today.
