This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties and to comply with the conditions imposed by order dated 20.4.2016 passed in Bail Application No. 1354 of 2015. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as a matter of fact the applicant has already applied for solvency certificate before the competent authority, however, till date the said certificate is not issued by him. He submitted that for submitting the said certificate and for verification it may take approximately four weeks' time.

In view of the above, the period to furnish solvent sureties is hereby extended by six weeks from today. 4.
