The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that this Court had issued a bailable warrant against the present applicants on 27th July 2021. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that the Applicants could not contact their Advocate because of Covid-19 pandemic. In trial Court, the Advocate also asked to submit relevant documents and instructions. Because of Covid-19

We have gone through the application. We accept the unconditional apology tendered by the applicant. 3.

The applicants are present in the Court. The applicants shall file their affidavit before the next date. For the reasons stated in the said application, the order issuing bailable warrant against the applicants is recalled. Interim application is disposed of. 4.
