At the outset, learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation, Police have submitted charge-sheet in the present crime in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court at Kurla, Mumbai. 2.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file an application for discharge, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.
