The petition was filed on 23 July 2019 with a sole prayer that the assessment order dated 9 March 2019 should not be implemented till the Appellate Authority disposes of the Petitioner's application for stay in appeal. After filing of the petition, there is no further order. Office objections were removed subsequently, but no order has been passed. By now, the stay application must have been disposed of, upon which the learned counsel has no instructions. It appears that by passage of time, cause raised in this petition does not survive.
