Learned Counsel submits that the Petitioners are transferred at inconvenient place and not in accordance with policy under circular dated 28.06.2018.

The Petitioners have made representations with CEO of Zila Parishad (at page nos. 19 to 22). It is submitted that the same is not considered.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have served Zila Parishad and CEO. 4.

Learned AGP appears for Respondent No. 1.

In case the representations of the Petitioners (page nos. 19 to 22) are pending with Respondent No. 2, then Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within 6 weeks from the date of communication of the present order to Respondent No. 2. 6.

Petitioners shall communicate the said order to Respondent No. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
