The challenge in this petition is to the order passed by the State Consumer Commission in appeal filed by the third Respondent No. 3. The learned counsel for the third Respondent (original complainant) states that the entire dues of the Petitioner-bank have been paid and "no dues" certificate has been issued in her favour. He, therefore, submits that third Respondent No. 3 will not press the complaint, and she desires to withdraw the said complaint filed before the District Consumer Forum. In view this, the complaint filed by the third Respondent before the District Forum stands disposed of as withdrawn. In the result, nothing survives in this petition, and it is disposed of and infructuous, with no order as to costs. Interim application is also disposed of.
