This application is preferred by original respondent for condonation of 14 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 29.4.2010 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Case No.OA/115/2005.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:
