On 22nd September, 2015 learned counsel for respondent nos.3 to 5 had taken time to file Vakalatnama which he has since done. The appellate authority was to hear the appeal on 30th September, 2015. 2.

Today, it is submitted across the bar that for some reason the same could not be heard. Mr. Rayrikar, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the appellate authority will dispose of the matter within a period of six weeks from today and no further time will be sought on this count. Accordingly, the ad-interim order passed on 28th August, 2015 shall continue till 18th November, 2015.

In view of the above, all the parties agree that the petition need not be kept pending. The petition is disposed of accordingly. (A.K.MENON, J.)
