This is an application seeking permission of this Court to delete the name of original Respondent No.1 - Mrs. Hardevi wd/o Pahlajsingh Rajpal from the array of Respondents in the Writ Petition. It is stated that, Respondent No.1 i.e. Mrs. Hardevi Rajpal has expired and Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are her only legal heirs and representatives, who are already arreyed as Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in Writ Petition.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 has no objection in allowing the present Application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Interim Application No. 2805 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c).

Necessary amendment in the record of this Court and in the copy served upon the Respondents, be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
