The miscellaneous civil application is filed by husband for transfer of proceedings pending before learned District Judge, Kalyan to the District Judge, Pune. Learned advocate for the respondent/wife consents for transfer.

In that view of the matter, the miscellaneous civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). However, it is made clear that the proceedings of Miscellaneous Application No.80 of 2018 shall be transferred to the Family Court, Pune. 3.
