1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned counsel for the first informant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the record.

osk 6-aba-1533-2018 & appp-1565-2018.odt 2] The record indicates that in pursuance of order dated 1st August 2018, the applicant has deposited the said amount of Rs.15,88,096/- in the Registry of this Court. 3] The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that, it is financially very difficult for the applicant to accede to the suggestion made by this Court on 24th November 2018 of deposit of additional amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in this Court. He submitted that, the applicant is undergoing financial crisis and therefore, is unable to accede to the said suggestion.

4] As the applicant has complied with the statement made on 1st August 2018 of deposit of amount, interim relief granted by the said order dated 1st August 2018 is hereby confirmed. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6] In view of the order passed in ABA No.1533 of 2018, Criminal Application No.1565 of 2018 for intervention does not survive and is, accordingly, disposed off.
