Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging order passed by Respondent No. 2- Deputy Director of Education granting promotion to Respondent No. 5 on 100% grant-in-aid basis.

The praecipe is tendered signed by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the parties have settled their disputes and two letters are also annexed stating that parties have resolved their Y.S.Patil

2 33-WP-7370-2021.doc disputes, as stated in the Consent Terms which are signed by the parties. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification and letters are marked as X-1 and X-2 for identification.

We make it clear that this agreement will be only between the private parties to this Petition and it will not bind the Education Authorities as it is an agreement purely between Petitioner-Management and other employees.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in light of the Consent Terms.
