Though this Interim Application seeks correction in the order passed by the Division Bench (S.S. Shinde and N.J. Jamadar, JJ.) on 7 September 2021 in the light of consensus before us, we have proceeded to examine the application.

The Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner was disposed of by order dated 7 September 2021. In this order prayer clause (A) of the Petition was reproduced which contained the Criminal Case being S.C.C. No. 17825 of 2021.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that it is correct that the order reproduced the prayer as it is but the prayer in the Petition itself referred to a wrong S.C.C. number. The correct number should be 59484 of 2021. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Respondent and the learned APP point out to us from the charge-sheet that the correct S.C.C. Number is 59484 of 2021. 5.

Accordingly, para 1 of the operative order dated 7 September 2021 wherein reproduced prayer clause (A) with reference to S.C.C. No. 17825 of 2021 is modified to S.C.C. No.59484 of 2021. Rest of the order remains the same. 6.
