This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Mr. Prakash Kisan Bhujbal in MCR No.4 of 2016 registered with Panvel City Police, Navi Mumbai. 2.

For the reasons stated in the said application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No.1297 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2.The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the applicant within the same stipulated period.
