Heard Ms. Trupti Khamkar, learned Advocate appointed for Petitioner by Legal Aid Committee. Perused record. 2.

A bare perusal of the Petition would clearly indicate that, the Petitioner wants to establish his defence of 'false implication' in the case by way of pleading in the present Petition. It also appears to us that, as and by way of pressurizing tactics against the Investigating Officer and other related Police personnel, present Petition is filed. 3.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that the recording of evidence in MCOC Case No. 125/2020 pending on the file of MCOC Special Court, Satara has already began.

In that view of the matter, Petitioner will be at liberty to putforth his defence of 'false implication' for consideration before the trial Court as may be advised and permissible under the provisions of law. 1/2

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed of.
