The applicant herein had filed an application for transfer of Petition No.HMP/66/2016 from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon, District Buldhana to the Family Court, Pune. Mr. Hitesh P. Vyas, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Abhijeet Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the respondent submit that during the pendency of this application, the parties have arrived at a settlement. They have placed on record a copy of Consent Terms as well as the receipt, which is signed by both the parties and their respective counsels. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The learned counsels for the respective parties submits that the parties will remain present before the Khamgaon Court on 13/12/2018 and file the Consent Terms. 1/2
