Learned APP has strongly opposed the application by stating that the applicant may flee the course of justice, as he has to leave the State, since he has to travel to Gujarat. 2.

As far as the escort is concerned, the expenses incurred would be too enormous for the applicant to bear. Left with no other option, the application is rejected.
