We direct respondent No.5 to decide the proposal dated 28th July, 2021 sent by the Management seeking individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the post of "Junior Clerk" in accordance with law with applicable Government Resolutions, at the earliest and, in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

In case, approval is granted, name of the petitioner shall be entered in Shalarth System and by allotting Shalarth I.D, his salary together with arrears, if any, shall be released to him at the earliest and, in any case, within a period of six weeks from the date of grant of approval, if any.
