This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the second appeal. There is a delay of 13 days in filing the second appeal. The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 to 6 vehemently objects to the condonation of delay that at the time of filing of the first appeal there was a delay of more than 2 years and hence the First Appellate Court had refused to condoned the delay and therefore, the present applicant has approached this Court by way of second appeal. 2.

The application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice on depositing a cost of Rs. 500 to be paid to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within two weeks from today.
