The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Writ petition arises from the order rejecting the amendment application of the Petitioner. She submitted that there was no interim relief in the petition and the suit itself is now disposed of and therefore, petition has become infructuous and she seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
