Admittedly though the Petitioner's father received SMS on 10 August 2015 at 2.08 p.m. that "For spot round DNH Seats: 8 seats are vacant, Counseling on 11/08/2015 at 10 a.m. in education office, bld No.5, pwd campus", yet the Petitioner could not reach and/or appear on 11 August 2015. Admittedly, last date for spot round counseling was over in the month of August itself.

A statement is made by the learned Counsel appearing for Respondents that this is even as per the order of the Supreme Court. The decisions on Appeals/Second Appeals by the Authorities, therefore, cannot Uday P. Kambli 1/2

2/2 wp-8906-15.doc be interfered with at this stage, when Petition itself was filed on 24 August 2015 and we are at the fag end of October 2015. However, it is open for the Petitioner to take appropriate proceeding for the loss and/or compensation, if any, so advised.
