This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Mohammad Hakim Rafique Qureshi in CR No. 291 of 2016 registered with Kurla Police Station under Sections 323, 324, 326, 504 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to allow the application.

The applicant in ABA No. 1385 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent no. 2.

Yadav V.G. 2 37a.appp.682.16.odt. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of amended application be served upon the learned Counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period.
