Mr. Kazi learned counsel appearing for the applicant in the Civil Revision Application as well as in the Civil Application, on instructions states that their applications have become infructuous as the suit itself has been disposed of on 27th February, 2017. However, he seeks liberty to urge the issues raised herein, in case any appeal is filed by the petitioner against the judgment and decree dated 27th February, 2017.
