Though, the petitioner has prayed for multiple reliefs in the petition, however, during the course of arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricts relief in terms of prayer clause (c).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across the bar, additional affidavit in all the three petitions, same are taken on record.

The petitioners have shown willingness to deposit the remaining amount in terms of order passed by the Sessions Court Bhagyawant

2/2 24 wp 3815-19.doc within two weeks from today. In that view of the statement made in the additional affidavit, prayer of the petitioner for extension of time of two weeks from today stands allowed. The petitioners shall adhere to the statement made in the additional affidavit. 4.

It is clarified that, the petitioners shall deposit the balance amount in terms of the order passed by the Sessions Court and the figure mentioned in the order dated 5th August 2019 passed by this Court may be ignored. The Registry of Sessions Court shall accept the amount from the petitioner by Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque. 5.

So far as the prayer of the petitioners for relaxation of the condition granted at the time of bail is concerned, the petitioners are free to avail to an appropriate remedy as available in law. 6.

In the light of above learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, these three petitions may be disposed of. Accordingly, all three petitions stands disposed of. (S.S. SHINDE, J.) Bhagyawant
