After hearing this matter, when the Court is not inclined to grant a bail, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the Application and he requested for issuing direction to expedite the trial.

In view of that, Application is disposed of as not pressed. Learned trial Judge to expedite the trial and to adhere to time limit fixed as per the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ["POCSO Act"].
