The learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application. The learned counsel for the applicant, however submits that the applicant is in jail for more than Ashwini J. Vallakati 1/2

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, trial Court shall endeavor to dispose of the trial as early as possible and in any case, within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court, in case the trial is not concluded as directed above.

The bail application is disposed off as withdrawn. 4.

The Interim Application is also disposed of.
