By this petition sent through jail, the petitioner seeks his production before the trial Court. The said letter sent through jail is dated 13th July 2022.

Post the filing of the aforesaid letter, which is treated as a petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the N. S. Chitnis 1/2

5-wp.3111.2022.doc petitioner has been produced before the trial Court on 3rd July 2023 and 17th July 2023.

Learned APP states that the police will produce the petitioner before the trial Court, as and when directed by the trial Court, in connection with his trial. Statement accepted. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.

Registry to forthwith communicate the above order to the learned Sessions Court, Court Room No.44, Mumbai, who is seized of the said case being Sessions Case No.374 of 2020, by Fax/e-mail/a Special Messenger.
