The petition can be disposed of in view of the subsequent communication dated 24th July, 2023 and 26th July, 2023 issued by Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation calling the Petitioner for hearing on the notice issued under Section 52 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Let the notice be adjudicated within a period of four weeks. The reply to the notice be filed by the Petitioner before the said period. In event of any adverse order being passed, the Corporation not to act on the said order for further period of three weeks thereafter.

In view of the above, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

Needless to clarify that the stay which has been operating in favour of the Petitioner in respect of the suit property to continue for the period described above.
