2] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 356/2019 registered at Farakskhana Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 370-A, 370, 366-B, 373 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act and also under Sections 4, 6 and 17 of POCSO Act. 3] Applicant was on interim protection before the Sessions Court so also before this Court. I am informed that there are no antecedents against the Applicant. Perused the Application. Applicant has been roped-in in a case based on her ownership of one of the part of the property for which offence under PITA is allegedly committed. 1/2

17 ABA-2429 pf 2021.doc 4] Apart from above, there are no specific attributions against the Applicant that she has forced the victim into prostitution business or alleged to have been surviving on her income. That being so, adinterim protection stands confirmed. 5] In the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with C.R. No.356 of 2019 registered with Faraskhana Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 370-A, 370, 366-B, 373 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act and also under Sections 4, 6 and 17 of POCSO Act, she be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither directly or indirectly influence the prosecution witnesses nor tamper with the evidence. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station from 26th September, 2022 to 30th September, 2022 between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. 6] Application is disposed of.
