By an Order dated 9.8.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief.

Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that the applicant is the agent in the transaction inter-se between the first informant and Mr. Alim Khot. The record further indicates that the motor car in question has been seized by the police and is now handed over and given into the custody of the first informant under a panchanama by the concerned learned Magistrate.

In view of the above, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not

The interim relief granted by an Order dated 9.8.2017 is hereby confirmed however, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
