I am informed that similarly placed accused namely Sahil Sajid Ansari was ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest vide order dated 7th September, 2021 in ABA No. 2135 of 2021. 2.

Apart from above, main accused Shaikh, real brother of the applicant and co-accused who is father of the applicant were already arrested and released on regular bail.

It is informed that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant.

In the wake of above, in my opinion, a case for grant of adinterim protection is made out. Hence, following order is passed :

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 369 of 2020, registered with R.C.F. Police Station, Mumbai, on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant is directed to appear before the I.O. on 18th, 22nd and 24th November, 2021 between 10.00 am. to 12.00 noon, and thereafter as and when directed by the I.O.
