1] Heard learned Counsel for the applicant/ original respondent. It is an application for fixing early date of hearing of W.P.No.11670 of 2013 on the ground that the applicant is a senior citizen and is 77 years old. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and the applicant is 77 years old, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for fixing early date of hearing of petition. Hence, following order:- (I) Hearing of W.P.11670 of 2013 is expedited in the list of senior citizen matters.

YBG 13­caw2647­15 (II) Office is directed to place the matter for final hearing in the weekly board as per its turn in the list of senior citizens. (III) Application is allowed as above.
