Heard Ms. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, within the stipulated time, as the State Government has not sanctioned the amount, as directed by this Court, the same could not be deposited in the Court within the stipulated time. Now the 'Notification', sanctioning the said amount, is issued by the State Government and Applicant will be depositing the said amount within a period of eight weeks from today. 1/2 CAF-3290-18==.doc

In view thereof, one last opportunity is granted to the Applicant to deposit the amount, as directed by this Court, within a period of eight weeks from today.

The order of stay is, accordingly, extended by a further period of eight weeks from today, subject to condition that the Applicant deposits the amount, as directed by this Court, within the stipulated time; failing which, this order would automatically stand vacated, without any further reference to the Court.
