This civil application seeks condonation of delay of 237 days in filing this application seeking to set aside the order dated 17 October 2018 passed by the Registrar dismissing Applicant's petition for non-removal of office objections.

On perusal of the civil application, in the peculiar facts, sufficient cause has been made out for condonation of delay in taking
