Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents-State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2-The Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik Division to decide Petitioner's complaint dated 27th January, 2015, copy of which is annexed at Exh.'E' to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

While disposing of the said complaint, the Respondent No.2 shall give hearing to the Petitioner as well as Smt. Deepika Sanjay Chavan.
