Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that all the respondents are served. Statement is accepted. None appeared for the respondents when the matter was called out. No affidavit in reply is filed. By this Civil Application, applicants seek condonation of delay and pray for bringing the legal heirs of the respondent no.1 on record. 2.

Delay is sufficiently explained in paragraphs 6 to 12 of the Civil Application. Civil Application is according made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within 2 weeks from today.
