Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has brought the cheque signed by the applicant No. 1 of Rs. 3,67,000/- issued in favour of first Respondent and drawn on HDFC Bank. Said cheque is handed in by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant to the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2. In turn learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 2 handed over the same to the Respondent No. 2 who is present in the Court.

Senior Police Inspector, Bandra Police Station, Mumbai is directed to inform the Bank that, on presentation of aforesaid cheque the said Bank shall honour the same to the extent of amount of Rs. 3,67,000/-. The said Bank shall release the aforesaid amount in favour of first Respondent subject to usual procedure and formalities.

It appears that, this Court (Coram:- M.L. Tahaliyani, J.) by order dated 9th February 2015, directed the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of Case No. 70/DV/2010. Keeping in view the said order passed by this Court, the concerned Court is directed to expedite the hearing of aforesaid case and pass final order as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today.

With the above observations, application stands disposed of. 5.
Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order. 6.
