1) This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.1 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge for Greater Mumbai by its order dated 15.7.2015 in Bail application No.1961 of 2013.

2) Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 on instructions submitted that in the instant case the police have submitted charge sheet in June, 2015.

3) In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723/2014 in ABA No.1785/2014 dated 25.1.2016 the present application for cancellation of bail on merits after filing of charge sheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.

4) The applicant is at liberty to raise his other contentions 1/2
