1) Heard. This is an application seeking relaxation of conditions imposed upon the Applicant, while granting bail, vide order dated 28/10/2014. Following conditions were imposed upon the applicant: "(i) after his release shall stay outside Village Utravli and shall intimate his place of abode to the investigation officer; (ii) shall attend the investigation officer on every alternate Monday of the month in between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. until further orders; (iii) shall not indulge in any activity of pressurizing, threatening or coercing the witnesses in the case; and (iv) shall not misuse the order of bail for committing any further offence."

2 913.711.15 appp 2) The learned APP submits that in Sessions Case No. 482 of 2014, witness summons have been issued and hence, it is clear that the trial will be expedited.

3) In view of this, condition no. (ii) only deserves to be relaxed. Applicant shall report to the concerned police station on first Monday of each month, till the conclusion of the trial. The prayer for relaxing condition no. (i) is rejected. 4) Application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of accordingly. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.) ism
