Only submission is, relationship with complainant was with consent. Perusal of complaint shows that consent for relationship was obtained by giving a promise of marriage. It is claimed that the applicant also tied Mangalsutra.

In this situation, we are not inclined to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction.

Keeping contentions of applicant open, we dispose of present challenge.
