This Civil Application is filed for restoration of First Appeal No.482 of 2015. The said First Appeal came to be dismissed for default for noncompliance of office objections. Learned A.G.P. submits that the paperbook is now ready and the applicant-State would be filing it within a period of three weeks from today.

In view thereof, this Civil Application for restoration of First Appeal No.482 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). The delay of 127 days caused in preferring this Civil Application is condoned. First Appeal No.482 of 2015 is restored to its original file and the applicant-State is directed to remove all office objections within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the First Appeal No.482 of 2015 would again automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
