After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of receipt of this order.

Learned APP states that she will instruct the concerned APP in the trial Court to have the trial separated so that the trial can proceed as against the Applicant and other arrested accused. Statement accepted.
