The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for limited protection. He submits that if the petitioner is protected for a period of one week, he will appear before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 57th Court, Kurla, Mumbai and pray for recalling the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant. 2.

In the light of submissions made across the bar, effect and implementation of the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 57th Court, Kurla, Mumbai shall Trupti 1/2
